A: Yes, but it is highly recommended that you first notify FWM to ensure there are no open trades against your account

Q: Do I need to give FWM notice of my withdrawals or deposits

A: Although there is no set notice period, it is advisable to give 3 working day's notice, so that FWM can close active trades against your account. The 3 days serves as a guide only, as trades can stay open longer than 3 days.

Q: Is there a risk to withdrawing funds while my account has open orders

A: Yes, because active trades are based on the capital amount you had in your account before the withdrawal takes place. By removing funds while you have open orders, can jeopardise your volume allocation in the market, hence increasing the likelihood of your account closing prematurely by the brokers system.
